If you fail to give less then 12hrs notice, you will be expected to pay 50%-100% of the appointment missed depending the appointment type and duration. You will also might be asked to pay a deposit for your next appointment , otherwise you may not be able to rebook.
-If you would like to BOOK in 2 or more services at one time and the system states "no availability"online Please call 07702042627 and we will book it manually. Sometimes the system doesn’t recognise it’s booking the same person it can only see there’s a time overlap and rejects the booking.
